Rotary Air Filter

AAC's Rotary Air Filter is designed to provide large filtration area. It is equipped with rotating drum made of steel grid mesh with suitable mounting frames, driven by a geared motor at low RPM.The steel grid is made from heavy gauge C. R. steel & allows maximum open area for filteration This air filter effectively manages high volume of air laden with fiber & dust returning along with return air from department. As per the specific application, pressure drop and dust level, the drum should be covered with suitable media.

It is sucked by suction nozzle arrangement with to & fro motion connected to flexible suction hose. The fluff, fiber & dust shall be arrested on the surface of the filter media by covering the rotating drum surface.

This kind of arrangement cleans the fluff & dust arrested on filter media & collects in separate collection bag. Adjoining to the filter room, a suction fan with collection unit is housed in separate room.

Due to high pressure cyclone fan, a low pressure drop is maintained in order to eliminate the fluff collected on the surface of filter media and the dust arrested in pores of filter media. It leads to uniform flow of return air at constant high pressure that eliminates fluff and dust from department and maintains clean department. A clean air can either be re-circulated or exhausted into the atmosphere.
